Job summary

Prepory Coaching Group LLC is seeking a Client Success Associate to manage family relationships from orientation through final admissions decisions in a client-facing role.

You will run new student orientations, parent check-ins, and serve as the escalation point for family-coach alignment. You’ll mentor coaches on communication, track deadlines, and maintain a cohort of up to 15 students.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of U.S. college admissions process.
• Ability to manage parent and student communications with confidence.
• Experience in customer success, client engagement, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the family relationship from orientation to final admissions decisions.
• Lead new student orientations and parent check-ins.
• Escalate and resolve misalignments between families and coaches.
• Mentor coaches on client communication and student needs.
• Manage a cohort of up to 15 students and track deadlines.
