University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) seeks an Admissions Advisor in Strategic Enrollment Management. The Advisor guides adult learners through the admissions process, articulates UMGC's value, and delivers exceptional service across phone, video, text, and email.

You will document interactions in the CRM, help meet enrollment targets, and collaborate with campus partners. Remote work with occasional in-state travel may be required; evening/weekend hours could apply.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• At least 1 year in Admissions, Advising, Coaching or Consultative Sales.
• Experience in a goal-driven, team environment.
• Excellent customer service, time management, and written/oral communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through the admissions process via consultative dialogue, presenting the university value.
• Document, track, and manage student interactions in the CRM.
• Engage prospective students via phone, video, text, and email to drive enrollment.
• Aim to meet enrollment targets and support first-term student success.
• Maintain knowledge of UMGC programs, policies, and application deadlines.
