ACI Learning is expanding its Admissions team. This remote role supports national campus and university partnerships, serving as the first human touchpoint for prospective students in a consultative admissions process.

You’ll guide students through programs, tuition, and funding options, conducting consultations to assess fit. The role emphasizes relationship-building, accurate CRM record-keeping, and on-time enrollment outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in admissions, enrollment, sales, or consultative roles.
• Fast-paced, goal-driven environment with consistent outreach.
• CRM discipline and organizational habits.
• Professional communication and personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own a high-volume pipeline of inbound leads from campus and university partnerships, from initial inquiry through enrollment.
• Serve as the primary contact for prospective students, guiding programs, tuition, funding options, and admissions requirements.
• Conduct individual admissions consultations to assess goals, readiness, and fit for ACI Tech Academy’s programs.
• Set accurate expectations about success in fast-paced, certification-focused programs and graduation outcomes.
• Maintain thorough records of all student interactions and enrollment activity in the CRM with outbound follow-up.
• Represent ACI Tech Academy with integrity in student and partner interactions, aligned with our values.
• Participate in occasional evening or weekend events with campus and university partners.
