Job summary

Activated Scale LLC is seeking an SDR/admissions advisor to manage an inbound queue of senior executives, explain our AI-focused curriculum, and guide prospects from first contact through enrolment.

You will handle 20–30 conversations daily, maintain credible, polished communication with VPs, founders and CEOs, and help identify sponsored tuition candidates while owning the relationship end-to-end. This is a 1099, full-time role based in the US requiring about 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Two+ years as SDR or admissions advisor in a client-facing role.
• Polished, executive-level communication.
• Genuine interest and enthusiasm for AI.
• Ability to handle high-volume inbound inquiries.
• Belief in education as a product.

Responsibilities

• Manage the inbound inquiry queue across email and phone.
• Run 20–30 conversations per day with prospective students.
• Explain the AI-focused curriculum credibly to senior executives.
• Follow up with admitted candidates who have not enrolled and close the gap.
• Identify strong candidates for sponsored tuition within each cohort.
• Own the relationship from first contact through enrolment.
