Job summary

Ancora Education seeks an Executive Admissions Representative (HS) to engage prospective students, explain school features, and advocate for enrollment decisions. You will meet activity standards and guide applicants through the admissions process with professional, ethical conduct.

Responsibilities include interviewing prospects via phone, chat, and email, developing plans to meet performance metrics, and partnering with Financial Aid and Academics to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Computer skills; experience with Google products preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication, particularly telephonic, and good written communication.
• Persistence with a positive attitude; self-motivated work style.
• Mature, collaborative interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use school systems, databases and tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly activity standards and evaluate performance.
• Develop action plans to meet qualitative performance standards.
• Assist prospective students through the admissions process per regulations and policies.
• Use telephone, in-person interviews, chat, text messaging and e-mail to identify prospects.
• Develop rapport with prospective students and maintain contact through enrollment.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid and Academics to ensure high service levels.
• Provide quality service to Veterans, Agencies and facilitate events.
• Work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and meet multiple deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with diverse staff and students.
