Job summary

Vetcor is seeking an ADA & Employee Relations Specialist to support a fully remote workforce across the United States and Canada. The role focuses on managing ADA accommodation requests, guiding managers, and maintaining confidential records while balancing business needs with employee welfare.

You will collaborate with HR partners, Leave of Absence, and others to handle complex employee matters, ensure compliance, and improve accommodation practices in a geographically dispersed organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience, including exposure to employee relations, workplace accommodations, leaves of absence, or other complex employee matters.
• Knowledge of the ADA and related accommodation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the workplace accommodation process from intake to evaluation, implementation, and follow-up.
• Facilitate the interactive process with employees and managers to explore reasonable accommodations.
• Review medical documentation and coordinate with employees for additional information.
• Provide guidance to managers on implementing accommodations and related obligations.
• Develop ADA procedures, forms, templates, and training materials; stay current on best practices.
