Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inform claimants of required documentation and status by phone or written correspondence.
• Review medical information to assess ADA eligibility and make determinations.
• Conduct initial employee interview and refer cases to team lead as needed.
• Maintain professional client relationships and support quality programs.
