Job summary

Sphere Digital Recruitment is seeking a Senior Account Executive in Ad Tech for a remote role with a NYC-area preference. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting agencies and buyers to drive new business.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of quota-carrying sales in programmatic/ad tech, a hunter mindset, and a track record of winning new logos. Reports to the VP of Business Development and has a clear path to Sales Director.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of quota-carrying sales experience selling into agencies.
• Background in programmatic, ad tech, or data/identity sales.
• Hunter mentality with a track record of winning new logos.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proof-of-concept, proposal, and close.
• Open and close agency and buyer relationships across independent, regional, and holding-company agencies.
• Report directly to the VP of Business Development; become a founding sales hire as the team scales.
