Job summary

Propel is seeking a Senior Ad Operations Analyst to own how Marketplace campaigns are booked, built, launched, and delivered. You’ll manage campaigns from inventory booking to full delivery, including partner launches and seasonal collections, coordinating with Success, BD, Growth, Merchandising, Product, Engineering and Marketing.

You will own the inventory booking tool, QA all campaign elements, and run post-campaign reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations (program management, project management, business operations or marketplace operations)
• Actively uses AI tools in daily work
• End-to-end project ownership with initiative and problem solving
• Comfortable in Google Sheets and HTML, with ability to learn from examples
• Experience with A/B testing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own campaigns from inventory booking to delivery and post-campaign review
• Manage campaigns in verticals, including partner, self-serve, and seasonal campaigns
• Build campaigns in our CMS and Braze; QA copy, links, tags and budgets
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Marketing to ship fixes and improvements
