Responsibilities

• Lead daily Acute Intake operations, including referral prioritization and workload balancing.
• Provide direct leadership to supervisors and/or Intake Coordinators through hiring and development.
• Monitor referral aging, authorization progress, and onboarding status; escalate complex cases.
• Partner with departments to advance referrals and reduce delays.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and quality documentation.
