Job summary

AABB is seeking a Sales Manager, Accreditation to drive revenue growth through selling accreditation and certification programs to facilities in biotherapies and related sectors. You will own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, coordinating with Accreditation program teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, business, marketing or related fields.
• 5–7 years in consultative B2B sales in life sciences or regulated industries.
• Experience selling professional services, accreditation programs, or healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing accreditation opportunities in biotherapies and related sectors.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of facilities seeking accreditation/certification.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations with executives and quality leaders.
