At Atlassian, we value a seasoned Accounts Receivable Specialist who can drive timely collections, manage delinquencies, and provide robust analyses of receivables. You will work with a global accounting team and interact with customers and partners to ensure accurate invoicing and cash applications.

Based in the United States and operating in PST, you will contribute to AR, revenue, and related processes, supporting SOX controls and automation improvements.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• More than 5 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist (preferably Collections).
• Experience with multinational companies and SOX environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer collection procedures on outstanding receivables and manage dunning reminders.
• Monitor AR Aging report and assist Team Leader in timely collections.
• Resolve billing disputes and requests from customers/partners.
• Deliver weekly collection updates to management.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly AR reconciliations and aging analyses.
