Medcor is hiring a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist for a fully remote role. You will join the Finance Team and support billing, reconciliation, collections, and financial recordkeeping.

The position involves coordinating with Sales, IT, Legal, and executives, while communicating with customers and third-party payers. A typical day includes generating invoices, reviewing timecards and contracts for billing, and improving billing templates in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications expected.
• ERP experience a plus (MS Dynamics Great Plains).

Mansioni

• Generate bi-weekly and monthly invoices and returns for assigned lines of business.
• Review timecards for accurate invoicing and client contracts for billing requirements.
• Create and maintain billing templates for assigned lines of business.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email; resolve billing issues.
• Perform collections activities and reconcile customer accounts with the General Ledger.
• Support month-end close and collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams.
