Job summary

Recycle Track Systems (RTS) is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team in a remote capacity. You will own the invoicing lifecycle, reconcile accounts, and apply payments, ensuring timely billing and resolution of past-due balances.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Accounts Receivable or Accounting, focusing on collections.
• Attention to detail and clear communication in fast-paced environment.
• Experience with invoice creation, reconciliations and cash applications.

Responsibilities

• Own client invoicing lifecycle from start to finish.
• Process customer invoices for contracts and on-demand clients.
• Manage customer portal submissions and updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams on invoicing and account concerns.
• Review contracts for billing accuracy and completeness.
• Track AR metrics including aging and DSO.
• Post journal entries and ensure accurate transaction recording.
• Apply customer payments accurately and timely.
• Reconcile daily payments, settlement batches, and deposits.
