Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Office Manager experience in SNF/LTC.
• Accounts receivable experience in SNF/LTC.
• 2+ years in a multi-facility oversight role preferred.
• PointClickCare experience preferred.
• California Medicaid Billing and Applications preferred.
• Ability to travel long distances.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of state regulations.
• RFMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct AR functions under supervision.
• Analyze AR processes to maximize workflow and productivity.
• Provide training to business office staff at multiple locations.
• Monitor and update financial policies per company and industry regulations.
• Communicate best practices with peers and staff.
• Assist with AR workflow and corrective actions at locations.
• Coordinate month-end close processes when needed.
• Support AR functions when locations are short-staffed.
