Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
• Two years of specific industry experience in billing, submissions or Accounts Receivable.
• Two years of professional experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
• Experience with default industry client billing systems.
• Experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, cash application, or accounts payable preferred.
• Experience using ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle) preferred.
• Experience using invoicing platforms (Black Knight’s LoanSphere, CoreLogic’s iClear, Altisource’s REALRemit) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsibilities according to best in class team procedures within specific deadlines.
• Own assigned clients by building and maintaining relationships and knowing payment history and open invoices.
• Track and resolve outstanding payment issues and generate aging reports as needed.
• Interact with clients to resolve outstanding payment needs.
• Respond to inquiries timely and accurately.
• Identify and document root cause issues.
• Accurately record time worked each day.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
