Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a Billing Analyst to support timely and accurate invoicing for a high-volume portfolio. With minimal supervision, you will create invoices in Phoenix, review pricing, and coordinate with Accounts Receivable and Fees and Costs Quotes teams.

This remote-friendly role requires at least two years in accounting/billing, familiarity with legal billing and Phoenix, plus knowledge of real estate foreclosure and bankruptcy processes.

Qualifications

• Legal billing experience required or highly preferred.
• Billing in a law firm with high transaction volume preferred.
• Phoenix experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create invoices using Phoenix.
• Review invoices for accuracy and verify pricing.
• Coordinate with the Invoice Submission and AR teams to ensure invoice accuracy.
• Coordinate with Fees and Costs Quotes team for accurate quotes.
• Resolve discrepancies with appropriate departments and clients.
• Create and maintain daily and monthly reports as requested by management.
• Respond timely to inquiries from internal and external clients.
• Assist management in research and balancing activities.
• Research refund requests received by clients.
• Ensure internal control procedures are followed.
• Assist with other duties and special projects as needed.
