Job summary

The role requires 1–3 years in AR, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently with disciplined outreach and accurate recordkeeping across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable collections.
• Demonstrated experience making outbound collection calls and managing a past‑due account portfolio.
• Strong phone presence with confidence, professional negotiation and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of aging schedules, payment terms, and collections best practices.
• Excellent written communication skills for client email correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client account balances and aging reports daily; prioritize outreach and track promises-to-pay.
• Conduct outbound calls and send collections emails; negotiate payment arrangements within authority.
• Respond to inquiries, investigate disputes, and escalate high‑risk balances as needed.
• Prepare collections status updates and aging summaries; support month-end close and process improvements.
