Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Experience in accounts payable and bookkeeping is expected.
• Familiarity with accounting software and electronic document tools is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive, code, and process vendor invoices with proper approvals.
• Prepare scheduled payments and maintain vendor records.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain organized digital records of invoices and receipts.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices and balances.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities with documentation.
