Job summary

True Manufacturing is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. You will manage high-volume invoice processing, perform reconciliations, and ensure adherence to GAAP and SOX controls while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

You will work with Workday, SAP, and Oracle ERP, leverage Excel for data analysis, and support month-end closings and automation initiatives in a remote-friendly environment. Flexible schedule and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Proven AP experience in corporate setting with GAAP and SOX exposure.
• Strong Excel data analysis skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Experience with multiple ERP/payroll systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle ERP, ADP, Kronos).
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify high volumes of invoices in ERP systems with accuracy.
• Perform detailed account reconciliations and double-entry bookkeeping.
• Respond to vendor inquiries about invoice status and payments.
• Execute timely payments using platforms like Paychex, ADP, or Kronos.
• Assist in month-end closing with journal entries and GL reconciliation.
• Support automation initiatives for AP processes.
• Collaborate with finance on GAAP/SOX compliance projects.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive vendor and payroll data.
• Contribute to process improvements in invoice workflows.
