Job summary

Array is a remote-first fintech platform that offers credit and identity monitoring tools to digital brands, financial institutions, and fintechs. The Accounts Payable Clerk role focuses on managing daily AP activities, processing payments, and keeping precise records as the company scales.

You will partner with the Accounting team to resolve discrepancies and improve efficiency. The role requires an independent, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment and reports to the Assistant

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounts payable or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience processing and keying invoices.
• Experience with an AP system (Ramp preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, independent working style.

Responsibilities

• Enter vendor invoices into Ramp, including proper coding and routing for approvals.
• Maintain vendor records.
• Coordinate with employees and vendors to collect documentation and address payment inquiries.
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with audits and accounting requests.
