Job summary

Array, a remote-first fintech-leaning financial innovation platform, is hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk. You will manage daily AP tasks, process invoices, and collaborate with the Accounting team to enhance efficiency.

The role demands meticulous record-keeping, independence in a fast-paced environment, and reporting to the Assistant Controller. We offer full medical/dental/vision, unlimited PTO, 401(k) with match, generous parental leave, and remote-enabled setup support.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping.
• Experience processing and keying invoices.
• Experience with an AP system (Ramp preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• A proactive, independent working style with the ability to learn quickly and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Enter vendor invoices into Ramp, including proper coding and routing for approvals.
• Maintain vendor records.
• Coordinate with employees and vendors to collect documentation and address payment inquiries.
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with audits and accounting requests.
