Job summary

Array, a remote-first financial technology company, is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join our growing team. You will enter vendor invoices into Ramp with proper coding and routing for approvals, maintain vendor records, and respond to payment inquiries.

You will collaborate with the Accounting team to process payments, resolve discrepancies, and help improve operational efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping.
• Experience processing and keying invoices, with Ramp preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

• Partner with the Accounting team to process payments, resolve discrepancies, and improve operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Enter vendor invoices into Ramp, including proper coding and routing for approvals.

• Maintain organized financial records and assist with audits and accounting requests.

What You Have:
