Northwest Abatement Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our remote finance team. You will process, code, and enter vendor invoices, ensure accurate payments, and reconcile statements to keep payables current.

You will review invoices for completeness and approvals, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with vendors and internal teams to maintain strong relationships. Prior AP or bookkeeping experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous accounts payable or bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Review invoices for completeness, approvals, and discrepancies.
