Job summary

Simera is seeking an experienced accounts payable professional to join our remote finance team in the United States. The role focuses on processing invoices, ensuring proper approvals, and maintaining accurate AP records.

You will review spend, reconcile statements, and drive timely payments, while supporting month-end closings and audits. Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting software are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts payable, accounting, or bookkeeping.
• Experience processing invoices, payments, and vendor statements.
• Proficiency with accounting software, ERP systems, or financial platforms.
• Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes of transactions accurately.
