Job summary

Advantex Professional Services is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist with strong QuickBooks skills to support trial balance reconciliations and accounting system migrations. This role is 100% remote and requires immediate availability.

You will handle AP/AR, process invoices, enter financial data accurately, assist with general ledger and month-end closing, and support migrations of accounting systems. Remote work flexibility is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting with emphasis on reconciliations.
• Familiarity with AP, AR and general ledger processes.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform trial balance and bank reconciliations.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Maintain accurate financial data entry and records.

Pay Rate: $30–$32 per hour

We are urgently seeking an experienced an Accounting Specialist with strong QuickBooks skills and knowledge of trial balance reconciliations and accounting system migrations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform trial balance and bank reconciliations.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Process invoices, payments, and vendor/customer records.
• Perform financial data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with general ledger and month-end closing.
• Support QuickBoxes updates and accounting system migrations.

Requirements:

• Previous accounting experience.
• Strong QuickBooks knowledge.
• Experience with AP, AR, and reconciliations.
• Excellent data entry and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
