Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in finance/accounting with lease-related experience.
• Leadership experience in projects or people preferred; able to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to ensure timely delivery of financial information.
• Oversee month/quarter end close for leases; manage lease entries and reconciliations.
• Coordinate cash flow rollforwards and journal entries; ensure SOX compliance.
