Proper AI is an AI-first accounting service transforming real estate financial operations. The Accounting Manager will lead a 20+ person team delivering high-quality accounting services to property managers and developers in the US.

This role emphasizes Lean Six Sigma, data-driven performance, and timely, accurate reporting while maintaining superior client service and cost optimization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar field.
• 4+ years as Accounting Manager.
• 3+ years managing a team of 20+.
• 3+ years managing 10+ clients simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Detail-oriented and able to complete tasks.
• Experience as a manager/supervisor in finance/accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a team of 20+ accounting professionals and foster high performance.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to streamline processes.
• Use data analytics to monitor performance and drive improvement.
• Own P&L of the accounting team and optimize resources.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service quality.
