The role focuses on AP/AR processing, bank reconciliations, and adherence to SOPs, supporting monthly financial statements. The position is remote, based in Colombia, with collaboration across a global accounting operations group.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Process daily AP/AR for clients and post transactions.
• Pull bank statements and reconcile transactions in the software.
• Identify matched vs. unmatched transactions and escalate issues as needed.
• Follow SOPs to ensure quality in daily operations.
