Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate accounting, financial operations, or audit support.
• Deep fluency in GAAP and PBC documentation standards.
• Excel/Google Sheets-based control testing including pivot tables and lookup functions.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Manage monthly close reconciliations and journal entry packages.
• Prepare audit request schedules and PBC documentation for audits.
• Maintain vendor and expense audit trail spreadsheets.
