Lumelight is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day finance operations, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, and strengthen internal controls. You will partner with the Controller and CFO to support monthly and annual close, prepare financial analyses, and mentor a small accounting team.

The ideal candidate has ~4+ years of progressive accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with NetSuite in a multi-state professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Advanced MS Excel skills expected.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily accounting operations and month-end close.
• Prepare and review journal entries and financial statements.
• Maintain internal controls and support audits.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to leadership.
• Mentor and lead a small accounting team.
