Lumelight, a growing benefits administration and compliance partner, is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day finance operations in a remote-capable role in the United States. You will report to the Controller and guide a small accounting team in GAAP-compliant financial processes.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
• Lead month-end close and financial reporting.
• Prepare and review journal entries.
• Manage reconciliations and internal controls.
• Support annual audit and tax return processes.
• Mentor junior accounting staff.
