Lumelight is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations, ensure GAAP compliance, and support monthly/annual reporting. This role manages the month-end close, assists with audits, and mentors a small accounting team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting knowledge, analytical prowess, and a proactive mindset to drive process improvements in a remote work setup across approved Lumelight states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Records and approves accounting transactions following GAAP.
• Reviews balance sheet reconciliations and analyzes accounts.
• Supports month-end close and financial reporting processes.
• Assists with audit and tax/compliance tasks.
• Mentors a small accounting team and documents processes.
