Qualifications

• Requires strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Minimum 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems.
• CPA or CPA-track preferred; supervisory or team leadership experience a plus.
• Public accounting or audit experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record and approve accounting transactions in GAAP guidelines.
• Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts and post adjustments.
• Review journal entries and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist Controller and CFO with risk identification and mitigation.
• Support annual audit, tax returns, and compliance tasks.
