The position is remote within Lumelight-approved states, including Nebraska. Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting with strong internal controls for timely analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and analytical abilities.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Record and approve accounting transactions under GAAP.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and analyze variances.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with audits and tax filings.
• Develop and mentor staff in a collaborative environment.
• Contribute to process improvements and policy updates.
• Collaborate with Controllers and CFO on risk mitigation.
