Job summary

Lumelight is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations, oversee the month-end close, and ensure GAAP compliance. You will mentor a small accounting team and partner with the Controller and CFO on risk management and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and approve accounting transactions following GAAP.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Post journal entries and close monthly books.
• Support annual audits and tax returns.
• Mentor Staff Accountant and coordinate team tasks.
• Assist Controller and CFO with risk management.
