Lumelight is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations, ensure GAAP compliance, and support monthly/annual reporting. You will manage a small accounting team, drive internal controls, and coordinate with the Controller/CFO on risk mitigation.

The role requires 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, advanced Excel, and public accounting or audit exposure. Remote work is available within approved Lumelight states.

Qualifications

• Requires strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls.
• Experience leading a small accounting team.
• 4+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Public accounting or audit experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting a multi-state or professional services organization.
