The role emphasizes technical accounting prowess, process improvement, and collaboration with a Controller and CFO to mitigate risk and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• CPA or CPA-track preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close.
• Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support monthly and annual financial reporting.
• Maintain strong internal controls and assist with audits.
• Mentor and lead a small accounting team.
