The role focuses on reviewing weekly and monthly campaign data, determining amounts owed based on performance, and reconciling those amounts against actual payments received. The position blends accounting with campaign data analysis and requires comfort navigating online platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Finance, or related area.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Comfortable learning and navigating new software platforms.
• Experience with reconciliation, payment tracking, or financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly and monthly campaign performance data to determine amounts owed.
• Access campaign tracking platforms to retrieve performance and payment information.
• Reconcile expected payments against actual deposits and payments received.
• Identify discrepancies between amounts owed and amounts paid and track outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate records of payments, campaign data, and reconciliations.
• Prepare recurring reports and summaries using financial and campaign data.
• Work with spreadsheets to organize, analyze, and track payment information.
