Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in accounting including AR/AP and bookkeeping.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or Bill.com and Salesforce.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities.
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable: invoices, aging, collections, reconciliations.
• Manage Accounts Payable: vendor invoices, payments, records.
• Handle commission calculations and reporting.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly reconciliations and month-end close support.
• Generate financial reports and support audits.
• Utilize Salesforce, QuickBooks, and related systems for accuracy.
