Array is hiring a Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting, the close process, and accurate financial reporting under the Corporate Controller. The role emphasizes US GAAP, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration in a growth environment.

Responsibilities include reconciliations, schedules for GL accounts, sales commission accounting, audits, tax compliance, and ERP/Power BI enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience supporting month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• CPA certification or CPA eligibility.
• Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Public accounting experience.
• Workday experience.
• Power BI experience.
• Experience supporting external audits and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate reconciling items.
• Maintain accounting schedules for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accrued liabilities, sales commissions, and other GL accounts.
• Support sales commission accounting activities, including calculations, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Review invoices, expense reports, and other transactions for proper coding, documentation, and policy compliance.
• Partner with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and business stakeholders to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, management reporting packages, and variance analyses.
• Assist with audits and tax compliance activities by preparing schedules and responding to information requests.
• Assist with sales tax, property tax, and other regulatory filing requirements.
• Participate in accounting process improvement, ERP optimization, and reporting enhancement initiatives.
• Complete ad hoc analyses and special projects as assigned.
