Job summary

StackAdapt Inc. is seeking an experienced Client Services professional to manage a portfolio of digital advertising clients. You will design campaigns, optimize performance, and deliver regular reporting to meet KPIs.

The role emphasizes upselling, strategic advisory, and strong client relationships. The position supports a remote-first environment with a priority for candidates in London. Travel may be required to meet clients and conduct reviews, with a base salary in GBP and potential bonuses

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding/programmatic
• Experience running Google Ads or Facebook Ads or via a DSP as a self-serve user
• Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence
• Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue
• Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform knowledge
• Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas
• Experience working with complex databases is a plus

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across multiple verticals
• Design campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform
• Provide regular reporting on goals and optimization to meet KPIs
• Set up and traffic campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP including tag implementation
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and help develop tools and reports
• Analyze campaign data to inform recommendations and growth opportunities
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and quarterly business reviews
• Act as a strategic advisor to help clients scale their business
• Travel to meet clients as needed
