Credit Acceptance is seeking an Account Solutions Representative to keep customers on the road to a better financial future. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve delinquencies and structure payment solutions.

There is an above-market pay structure, starting at 17.75–20.85 USD/hour, with uncapped monthly bonuses and paid training. Flexible schedules and remote work options support a healthy work–life balance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• High-speed internet with minimum 15 Mbps download.
• Nice to have: prior customer service or collections in a call center.
• Experience in finance or automotive industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create solutions to help customers bring accounts current.
• Assist customers to cancel or stop vehicle repossession where possible.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls using our phone system.
• Maintain accurate contact information and set up payment promises.
