CLEAResult is seeking an Account Manager in the Reno, Nevada area to build relationships with customers, contractors, and partners. You’ll drive participation and energy-savings across multiple programs, with regular travel in Northern Nevada.

The role combines field engagement with administrative duties, requiring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A customer-focused mindset will help you succeed in this field-based position.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer tools.
• Ability to track, document, and manage customer interactions and data.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow customer accounts while supporting program participation and savings goals.
• Act as a local on-site representative for customers and contractors, encouraging participation and resolving issues.
• Travel throughout a defined territory to visit customers, contractors, and retail locations.
• Verify installations, inventory, and program compliance during site visits.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in program systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support program success and identify opportunities for growth.
