Job summary

GSP Marketing Technologies seeks an Account Specialist to support Sales by handling monthly and special orders, maintain databases, and ensure accurate invoicing and billing. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide local GSP customer service for clients.
• Create, input and process detailed orders with timely and accurate delivery to stores.
• Prepare invoices and process payments.
• Monitor print schedules for specific customers.
• Coordinate art and graphic designs with internal teams.
• Administrative support to Regional Manager and Account Managers as necessary.
• Process reships, reworks and order corrections.
• Maintain pricing database and quote orders.
