CLEAResult is seeking an Account Manager for the Metro NY weatherization program. You will recruit, onboard, and train Participating Contractors, act as the local company representative, and coordinate trainings and translations for non-native English speakers.

Your role includes managing contractor performance, on-site visits, and feedback loops to improve program results. Strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills are essential, as is the ability to pass background checks

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Weatherization, HVAC or Building Construction preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Recruit new Participating Contractors to participate via events and outreach.
• Onboard Contractors into the program and provide trainings.
• Coordinate contractor trainings and translation services.
• Lead quarterly on-site visits to review progress and capacity.
• Manage contractor performance and feedback, including escalations.
• Maintain contractor database and Find a Contractor listings.
