Job summary

EverDriven, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to collaborate with districts, providers, and families to ensure safe, timely student transport across the Seattle territory. The role emphasizes program execution to improve service quality, reduce costs, and uphold top customer service standards.

Although remote, the position requires regular travel within the Seattle area, with up to five days per week support for operations and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in transportation and/or operations is a plus.
• Strong professional communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support our innovative transportation services with industry skills.
• Provide excellent customer service and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist in managing daily service of accounts and vetting service providers.
• Oversee client start-ups, retention, and development of existing accounts.
• Contribute to safe, efficient transportation operations and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain open communication between EverDriven and clients, providing guidance and feedback.
• Ensure safety and regulatory policies are followed for passengers and providers.
