Job summary

EverDriven in the United States is seeking an Account Manager to collaborate with school districts, transportation providers, and families to ensure safe and timely student transport in the designated territory.

This remote role services the Ohio region and requires regular travel, up to five days per week, to support customers and providers. The position offers a salary of $60,000–$70,000 per year with bonus potential and a Spanish language bonus is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in transportation and/or operations is a plus.
• Strong professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively work with diverse groups of customers and service providers.
• Set priorities wisely, multitask, and dynamically solve problems.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
• Drug Screen and Background Check is a Condition of Employment.

Responsibilities

• Use effective industry skills to support transportation services.
• Provide excellent customer service and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist in managing daily service of accounts and recruiting/credentialing service providers.
• Oversee Field Operations including new client start-ups and retention.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient transportation system.
• Liaise between EverDriven and clients with guidance and feedback.
• Ensure regulatory and client policy compliance.
