Job summary

EverDriven seeks an Account Manager to partner with school districts, transportation providers, and families to ensure safe, reliable student transportation in the Southern California region. This remote role requires proactive communication, problem solving, and a focus on service quality and cost efficiency.

You will manage start-ups and ongoing accounts, recruit and vet providers, and coordinate across teams to meet client needs while traveling up to five days a week as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in transportation and/or operations a plus.
• Strong professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively work with diverse groups of customers and service providers.
• Set priorities wisely, multitask, and dynamically solve problems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
• Drug Screen and Background Check is a Condition of Employment.
• Daily travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Use effective industry skills to support EverDriven transportation services.
• Provide excellent customer service and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist in managing daily service of accounts and vetting providers.
• Oversee field operations including client start-ups and retention.
• Aim for safe, efficient, and reliable transportation systems.
• Liaise with clients and provide guidance and feedback.
• Maintain policy-compliant environment for passengers and providers.
• Monitor transportation performance against contracts.
• Communicate with project contractors and agency staff.
• Document provider information and inspections.
• Follow safety rules per regulations and contracts.
