Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, building and maintaining trusted, long‑term relationships.
• Assess client needs and partner with internal teams to design tailored transportation solutions.
• Respond quickly and professionally to client concerns, keeping satisfaction high.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and grow existing accounts.
• Monitor account performance to ensure timely, accurate, and reliable service delivery.
• Prepare regular account reports, performance metrics, and market insights for clients and leadership.
• Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic account decisions.
• Manage and support local delivery drivers to ensure safe, efficient, on‑time deliveries.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and sales teams for seamless service execution.
• Handle day‑to‑day email communications with clients and internal stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
